Red Chili and Cucumber Salad

• Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce Recipe
Recipe:
1 english cucumber
half a bunch of fresh cilantro - stems removed
1-2 red chili peppers sliced
pickled red onions or sliced shallots
Dressing:
-3 tbs lime juice
-2 tbs honey
1-2 sliced chilis
1 clove chopped garlic
1tsp chopped ginger
5 tbs chopped fresh cilantro
Optional: fish sauce and/or soy sauce, sesame seeds
