The King of Pies❗️This is the BEST grated pie RECIPE I know. The shortbread dough just melts in your mouth. And sweet and sour jam from berries and fruits gives a unique taste. Alternating different jam and jam, each time, you get a new cake for tea. This grated pie is a favorite pastry in our family.
Ingredients (300 ml glass):
* wheat flour in / with - 800 gr (4 st)
* fat margarine - 250 gr (1 pack)
* eggs - 4 pcs
* sugar - 300 g (1 st)
* salt - 3 gr (0.5 tsp)
* soda - 5 gr (1 tsp)
* vinegar 9% - 15 ml (1 tbsp)
* thick jam / jam - 600-700 gr (1 can 0.5 l)
* powdered sugar - for sprinkling (optional)
Output: the weight of the finished cake (+-) 2 kg
⏰Baking time: 40 minutes at t = 200 °C
