I created this video for my @shaygoesketo Instagram page so you may hear me say Shay Goes Keto. It's still me♥️. This is the same cheese sauce that I topped my keto meatloaf with.

Cheese Sauce Recipe:
1-1/4cup heavy whipping cream
3/4 cup grated cheese
(add chili powder and cumin for a nacho cheese sauce).
