ADHD disproportionately affects games industry professionals, their work, mental health, and career. In this talk, you will learn what ADHD is, how to adapt and cope with its symptoms in the workplace, and how to leverage your strengths as a neurodivergent professional. This talk is for games industry professionals who have ADHD, people who work with someone who has ADHD, or who want to learn more about this. The talk will be especially useful for studio/team leadership, managers, founders, and HR/recruiters to facilitate an inclusive workplace for neurodivergent individuals.
