How to Change the Background Color of a WordPress Site with Boxed Layout

If your WordPress site has a boxed layout, not full-width (read the post for more info), then changing its background color is dead easy!
All you have to do is to go to Appearance - Customize - Additional CSS and add this code:
body {background-color: #cccccc;}
You can change the color code (#cccccc), of course. You can generate one here and use it: https://htmlcolorcodes.com/
If the background color doesn't change after clicking on the Publish button, clear your site and browser cache!
