We also go over the importance of unfold, straighten, and layout. I also discuss the importance of taking the time to making good UVs and how to think about the layout of your UVs, depending on how you are going to paint them later.

When it comes to UVs make sure to Maximize your U1V1 space. This is how much resolution you have. So take full advantage and scale your UV shells largely to maximize this space.
