Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989) - 'Escape from Venice' scene
Featuring arguably the best Indiana Jones score, this film had great new themes, moments of beauty and awe, and some of John Williams' best action music. This action sequence is not only made more exciting by the music, but the characteristic fun element of the franchise is also brought to the fore. Williams sounds like he enjoyed scoring this one.
Starring Harrison Ford, Sean Connery, Denholm Elliot, Alison Doody, John Rhys-Davies and Julian Glover. Screenplay by Jeffrey Boat, based on a story by George Lucas and Men Meyjes. Directed by Steven Spielberg, with an original score by John Williams.
