I love cakes with caramel filling, this recipe has a delicious custard filling between two honey pancakes, plus a whole can of caramel and roasted almonds, yummy... You can prepare the cake in advance because it tastes best on the second or even third day when the honey pancakes soften. The perfect cake for any occasion, I recommend it...
Ingredients :
For the dough :
500g wheat flour
2 eggs
110g sugar
150g butter
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon baking soda
For the pudding mass:
1 liter of milk
3/4 cup sugar
4 tablespoons wheat flour
4 tablespoons potato flour
200g butter
4 tablespoons caramel mass
Additionally :
100g almond flakes
