A simple recipe for delicious herring in just a few minutes. I used pickled mushrooms here, which I've made a lot of this year, and they go perfectly with herring, I recommend trying them...
ingredients:
about 6-7 herring fillets a'la matias in oil
1 onion
a jar of pickled forest mushrooms approx. (330ml)
3-4 tablespoons of 18% cream
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of ketchup
1 clove of garlic,
pepper
possibly a few drops of Maggi
