They came out so great and there's not much work involved, and they're delicious....everyone was delighted with them, I couldn't stop looking at them. Perfect for afternoon coffee or a second breakfast. They're also delicious and soft the next day because they have pumpkin puree in them. I recommend...
Ingredients:
250 g pumpkin puree
600 g wheat cake flour
1 egg + 1 egg for brushing on top
150 ml warm milk
10 g dried yeast
50 g cane sugar
50 g soft butter
rose or plum jam
a few cinnamon sticks and string for tying the buns
