Not Sure If Your Videos Are For Kids By FTC & COPPA Law? This Will Help
Like many YouTubers the new changes with YouTube Kids and the $42,530 fines the FTC will be handing out PER VIDEO, have me worried.
I'm especially concerned about videos that are in the "gray area" where you don't know if the FTC will consider the video to be for kids or not according to COPPA.
I found a way we can try to get a better idea of what will likely be considered as kids content by YouTube, who has obviously been in contact with the FTC.
So even though this won't give us direct feedback from the FTC, we can use the next best source of information that we have right now.
