This month's episode takes the form of three segments:
1. Detailed Track deconstruction of his dance-floor destroyer 'Runway'. He reveals all aspects of drum, bass, sound design and mix; but with a detailed focus on the musical aspects of the tracks and what is actually going on in the synths to give the tense and energetic aesthetic the track has.
2. Transient Redesign & Sound Restoration: Tim teaches how older tracks can be updated to bring their transients and general power up to date for 2023. The example he uses is the seminal classic 'RM Bleeps' Co-written with Raiden. And exciting idea that paves the way for all kinds of possible revivals..
3. Rhythmic Sound Design Inside the Box: To finish we get a detailed lesson on how complex poly-rhythmic parts can be built up purely within one instance of Serum. Some really inspiring stuff for you to make complex and technical sounding lead parts with.
