This video reviews the location mapping feature.
Location mapping allows stores with physical locations to submit individual product data for each of their locations, all within one primary feed.
Location mapping is found on every feed template's mapping page. Click “Location” , then click the “Add Location” button. Name the Location and then click Save.
The required field mappings are sorted at the top of the page, marked with a red asterisk. Then you can click in any field to select your source field mapping, or input static text into any field.
In my test store you can see I've added this location. Within my Shopify I have location-specific price and quantity fields containing values for this New York city store zero fifty five.
You can see I've mapped the price 055 field to the price feed field, and mapped quantity 055 to the quantity feed field.
Once a mapping is added to a location, it can then also be used to create a feed rule.
Now let's quickly review an example SKU. You can see here the price and quantity for this product, and then when I scroll down you can see the local price and quantity data of this product for my New York city 055 store.
Each location added will duplicate the SKU and insert the unique mapped data in, if a SKU has it available.
