You reduce body fat by eating less calories than you burn. Regardless of the foods you eat.
Now, are some foods easier to digest than others? Yes. Do some foods pose other potential health concerns? Yes.
But if we're talking strictly FAT LOSS, then you need to be concerned with the amount of calories you are eating each day.
This is one of the most convoluted topics out there. Keep it simple, and trust the process.
