First Method:
Go to your iPhone settings and tap on your Apple ID at the top of the settings page.
In the Apple ID settings, tap on "iCloud." Here, you'll find various options.
Locate "Contacts" and toggle it on. Then, choose "Merge" if prompted. If the deleted contact was synced with your Apple ID, it will be recovered to your iPhone.
Second Method:
Open your browser and navigate to contacts.google.com.
Ensure that you are logged in to your Google account.
If the deleted contact was previously uploaded to your Google account, you will find it here.
Once you locate the contact, select it. You can choose multiple contacts if needed.
Click on the three dots in the top right corner. A drop-down menu will appear. Select "Export" and then confirm by clicking on "Export" again.
A dialog box will appear. Select "Download."
Go to your downloads and open the file that you recently downloaded.
At the end of the list, you'll find your desired contact.
