5 minute butter cake | fluffier than at the bakery | put everything in one bowl, mix, done!
I've kept this butter cake recipe in my recipe book for several years. Now I would like to share it with you so that you too can enjoy this wonderful cake.
You put all the ingredients in a bowl, mix them and the dough is ready. It's that easy!

Ingredients for a 25x35 cm baking sheet:
250 grams of sugar
300 g sour cream
3 eggs
300 grams of flour
1 packet of baking powder (16g)
100 g of sliced almonds
50 grams of sugar
120 g melted butter
