Ingredients:

For boiling pasta:
3 cups of water
2 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Oil
2 Cups Penne Pasta

For frying chicken
2 Tbsp Oil
1 Chicken breast - cut into small pieces
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2 Tsp Red Chili Powder

For Sauce:
1 Tbsp Butter
1 Tbsp Chopped Garlic
1 Onion - Chopped
Tomato Pulp - 3 Tomatoes
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
1 Tsp Oregano or Italian Seasoning
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2 Tsp Chicken Stock Powder (Optional)
1 Bell Pepper
2/3 Cup Milk
1 Heaped Tbsp Cream Cheese
