Being a motivated Scrum Master comes from engaging with the team, focusing on meaningful outcomes, and actively participating in the success of others. Rather than getting stuck in administrative tasks like scheduling or writing stories, motivation is found in teaching, removing impediments, building relationships, and contributing to delivery. Watching others succeed and knowing you played a part, even without direct recognition, is highly rewarding. Avoiding workplace politics and focusing on supporting the team ensures a fulfilling role as a Scrum Master.
