How to reset Google Chrome?
Hi my name is Roger Ahuja and I’m going to take a moment and show you how to reset Google Chrome when it’s not working properly. So the first thing we can do is click on these three bars up here and go to settings and then go to advanced settings and scroll down and hit reset settings. Now this will get rid of most problems, but not everything. One of the things that this does is disable extensions like this thing here. It’s gone now it’s been disabled. But there’s certain extensions that won’t go away and when that happens that you can delete the extension here and if you’re not able to delete them because there are some Malware types of things that won’t go away. You can close chrome and then right click on the start button go to run type in appdata and then hit enter and then go to local and then google and then chrome and delete the user data folder and that will reset chrome back to factory settings so when I open it up now, it’s going to prompt me as if it’s the first time I’ve opened chrome.
