Ingredients

🍦Vanilla Pudding Cream:
2 egg yolks
60 g (5 tbsp / 2 oz) cornstarch
80 g (5 tbsp / 3 oz) sugar
1 tsp vanilla
600 ml (3 cups / 21 fl oz) milk
150 g (2/3 cup / 5 oz) mascarpone


🍰 Dough:
170 g (1 1/2 stick) butter (soft)
a pinch of salt
170 g (almost 1 cup / 6 oz) sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
200 g (1 1/2 cups / 7 oz) flour
10 g (2 tsp) baking powder
1/2 vanilla pudding cream
Mix well

Baking pan 24 cm / 9 inches

Assemble the cake like in the video

🍒 Topping:
200g (7oz) cherries
Almond flakes
1 tablespoon of sugar

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C / 350°F for 1 hour

Allow the cake to cool completely before serving
Powdered sugar (optional)

🍇60 g (2 oz) raisins
Soak with the hot water

🍑5 halves of canned peaches, diced

🍰Sprinkles:
45g (1.5oz) butter
60 g (4 tbsp / 2.2 oz) sugar
60 g (5 tbsp / 2.2 oz) flour
grind finely

🍰Dough:
2 eggs
a pinch of salt
100 g (1/2 cup / 3.5 oz) sugar
1 tsp vanilla
100 ml (1/2 cup / 3.5 fl oz) vegetable oil
100 ml (1/2 cup / 3.5 fl oz) milk
240 g (1 2/3 cups / 8 ounces) flour
10 g (2 tsp) baking powder

Baking pan 17x27 cm / 6x10 inches

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C / 350°F for 45-55 minutes
