150 g (2/3 cup / water
Heat and stir until thickened
🧁 Cream:
2 egg whites
a pinch of salt
40 g (2 heaped tablespoons / 1.4 oz) sugar
40 g (3 heaped tablespoons / 1.4 oz) corn starch
400 g (2 cups) Greek yogurt
Assemble the cake as shown in the video
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C / 350 °F for 1 hour

2 apples, peeled and cut into large cubes
30 g (2 tbsp / 1 oz) sugar
20 g (1.5 tbsp / 0.7 oz) corn starch
Juice of 1 orange
40 g (2 tbsp) butter
Fry until caramelized
🍰Dough:
3 eggs
a pinch of salt
150 g (1 cup / 5.3 oz) sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Orange peel
100 ml (0.5 cup / 3.5 fl oz) vegetable oil
125 g (0.5 cup / 4.4 oz) Greek yogurt
200 g (1.5 cups / 7 oz) flour
12 g (2 tsp / 0.5 oz) baking soda
125 g (4.4 oz) blueberries
Baking pan 23 cm
Assemble the cake as shown in the video
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C / 350 F for 40 minutes
Allow the cake to cool completely before serving

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C / 320 °F for 30 minutes with load and 10 minutes without load
🍰 Pudding:
750 ml (3 cups / 1.5 pints) milk
100 g (0.5 cups / 3.5 oz) sugar
70 g (6 tbsp) corn starch
30 g (1 heaped tablespoon) mascarpone
💜 Jam:
500 g (1 lb) mixed wild berries (frozen)
70 g (6 tbsp) corn starch
150 ml (0.7 cups / 5 oz) juice (any)
Assemble the cake as shown in the video
Leave it in the fridge for at least 2 hours to allow the vanilla custard cream to stabilize
