1. Download Batch Document Converter Pro from https://www.traction-software.co.uk/b...
2. Start up the software
3. Drag and Drop the excel file(s) (xls, xlsx, xlsm) into the software main window
4. Click the "Convert" Button
5. To open the converted file right mouse on the file in the list and select 'Open Converted File"
To Use Hot Folder Processing
1. Click Options menu, Directory Monitor Setup...
2. Click the "Activate Monitoring" Checkbox
3. Set "Monitor Every" n "Seconds" to: 5
4. In the "Only Convert File Type" to: .xls
5. In the "Monitor directory path" enter your input source folder path e.g.
C:\excelfiles
6. In the "Conversion Output Folder" enter your output folder path e.g.
C:\output
7. (Optional) In the "Move source to dir after convert" enter your output move to path e.g. C:\output\done
8. Click the "Add to Monitor List" button
9. Save & Exit
10. Put some excel file(s) in the "Monitor directory path" folder to convert
