To download & setup please follow the below step-by-step instructions:-
1. Open a web browser and enter: https://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/enter...
2. Select the OS to download it for e.g. Windows 11
3. Select the Language you want e.g. English
4. Select the version of the software available to download you want
5. Click Download Acrobat Reader
6. The browser will download the Setup file readerdc64 install.exe
7. Click on the install file above to start the install
8. Click "Yes" to any Windows security messages
9. Once the installation is complete you can minimize the Browser
10. Click on the "Adobe Acrobat" icon on the desktop
11. Click the "Open file" button to open a file
12. To open a file in Windows double-click on it to open it
If for some reason it opens the file in the browser, right mouse on the pdf file and then select "Open with" Adobe Reader
NOTE: the install file in the download folder can now be distributed to your other computers without having to download it all the time.
