Step-by-step instructions:-
1. Make sure Adobe Acrobat Pro full version is installed
2. Open the source PDF in Adobe Acrobat
3. Click Find Tools in the Right-hand tools Bar
4. Type "Watermark" in the search for tools edit box
5. Click OK on any warning messages
6. Click the dropdown arrow at the side of the watermark menu text
7. Click on Remove...
8. Click "Yes" to the warning message
Alternatively:-
1. Click the Edit PDF in the Right-hand tools Bar
2. Each section will have a rectangle box around it
3. Find the text to remove with the text tool (default)
4. Select all the text and press the backspace key
To save it to a new pdf click the File menu, Save As...
