On Monday, July 8, Sinclair launched the ARC branding in West Palm Beach on WPEC. This is a rebranding of an existing 9am newscast. For its part, it's mostly a rebrand and keeps the existing format of the 9am news in place. This is definitely a more news-driven ARC program compared to some of the others I've seen.
Music sounds like production music and Sinclair's central graphics team probably did those.
Anchors are Matt Lincoln, Sam Kerrigan, and meteorologist Lauren Olesky.
