Drilling
Double-leg takedown
5 minutes (alternating with a partner 2 reps for you, 2 reps for your partner)

Side control to mount
5 minutes (per person)

Armbar from mount
5 minutes (per person)

Specific training
3 minutes (per person)
Start from the mount. The person on bottom is attempting to push the person on top off the mount. The person on top is looking to secure the armbar we trained in this lesson.
