How To Configure a Basic MPLS-Based Layer 3 VPN on Juniper (L3VPN)
In this video we'll show you exactly how to configure a basic layer 3 VPN running over MPLS on Juniper. We'll show you how to prepare your network for MPLS traffic, configure routing instances on PE routers, and lastly we'll do some tests from connected CPE devices to ensure that our MPLS-Based Layer 3 VPN is working as expected.
We will make use of ISIS, LDP and BGP with route reflectors for this lab, running on a virtual EVE-NG server. For CPE devices we will use a virtual Juniper SRX, and for routers we will use virtual MX routers.
