Ingredients
100g spinach
50g Ricotta (or cream cheese)
50g Cream cheese
2 Spring Onions
½ tsp Nutmeg
Pepper
½ tbsp Oil
1 Garlic clove
A handful Dill
6-7 leaves of Mint
Half a handful of Parsley
