Hello you all!
For starters, thanks a ton for taking the time to stop by. I know you could be watching ANYTHING so thank you.
My name is Sebastian Cuevas Minotta and I am an award winning video producer from Medellin, Colombia currently living in Orlando, Florida, USA.
I figured I'd give you my quick back story here since I didn't exactly do it in this 1:45 video: I've been working as video producer for a network marketing company (Jeunesse Global) for the past few years and for every project I've given them my all. As the Jeunesse Video Marketing manager/producer/director/whatever you think sounds best, with every project I do my best to stretch my skills as much as possible and sometimes it means spending wayyy too much time on one single project...example; I've been working 2-3 days (straight no sleep) for the last 7 months on 1 project. No, they didn't make me do this I've just had to learned many new programs for what we are looking to accomplish with this video and even tho I've hired 6 different people to help on the project, none could get the quality I was looking for so I took it upon myself to learn these things myself but anyway; during this time I realized that I actually have nothing of my own other than my Vimeo channel (www.vimeo.com/sebuvideo) with all the work I've done for Jeunesse and other clients....and that bothered me and even scared me a lot.
I'm a do-er and go-getter so I took a couple of hours and made my first tutorial to be posted on YouTube ever on How to create proxies in Adobe Premiere Pro. I didn't do any quality control, fancy editing, nothing. I simply showed my screen teaching a way I've learned that made it easier for me to edit the RED footage I was using at the time and now, 7 months later, almost 20K views and 200+ comments later I got hooked on the response and the awesome support from all kinds of people from all around the world. That made my decision to put together footage I've shot, things I've documented (for myself), people I've been blessed to have met and work with (Hardwell, Armin Van Buuren, Krewella, Justin Ahlmann, Parker Walbeck, Jared Cook, No Usual, the huge list goes on) and create tutorials on all the post-production and internet marketing stuff I've learned (C4D, Mocha, E3D, After Effects, Premiere, lead generation, SEO, and tons of other stuff) and share it with the world.
I've already shot a ton of new tutorials that I'm scheduling to release over the coming weeks but wanted to share with all of you guys my short channel trailer to start. For now, I plan on posting 1 video per week and go from there. All feedback is always welcome as long as it feels like it comes from a good professional, constructive place. Other than that, that's pretty much it in a nutshell!
