COCA-COLA LIQUID EFFECT on @Figma: Learn how to create a dynamic animation without plugins!
In this video I will show you how to create a Coca-Cola bottle filling interaction using just Figma. I will guide you step by step, without the need for any plugin, just with the program's native tools.
Let's start with the basic elements: a bottle) and our wave, which simulates the liquid. Next, let's create a cell phone frame for our animation. With a few simple tricks, like using the "pen tool", we'll shape our wave so that it resembles a swirling liquid.
After that, we will organize the layers and create a mask to bring the desired effect to life. You'll learn how to use the alignment and scaling tools to ensure everything fits together perfectly.
Next, I'll show you how to make the animation happen. With Figma's Smart Animate, you'll see waves moving realistically, as if they were passing through your Coca-Cola bottle. I'll also explain how to add a smooth rotation to the bottle, giving our interaction a finishing touch.
