I will need:
vegetable oil (I use homemade lard pate instead of butter)
1 small onion
fresh cabbage (200-250 g)
sauerkraut (3 - 5 spoons)
ground coriander
ground black pepper
bay leaf
salt to taste (try it, you may not need salt)
Dough (all ingredients at room temperature):
500 ml kefir (warm up a little)
1 egg
2 tsp sugar
salt
flour (sift) - first a little, to get the consistency of thick sour cream, after adding soda I add more flour.
1 teaspoon of soda with a small slide
The dough should be slightly sticky. After it has been lying down, the gluten will normalize, "spread out", and then the dough will be soft, not dense and not clogged!
