Walk around D.C. and you don’t have to go far to find graffiti, whether it’s a simple tag on a wall or spray paint on a meter, or graffiti painted over murals, residential or historical buildings.
As such, D.C. is on an eight-week-long blitz known as the annual Great Graffiti Wipeout.
