Trooper's Report:

On August 8, 2024, at 1:00 am, Benton County Sheriff’s Office advised they were in pursuit of a vehicle westbound on Highway
102. The vehicle was traveling over 100 mph with its flashers on. Bentonville Police Department had attempted to stop the
vehicle previously but terminated. I was on Highway 12 approaching Gentry, as it was the end of my shift. Benton County
continued westbound on Highway 102, leaving Centerton city limits. I responded to the Decatur area as the pursuit continued
westbound.

A Decatur police officer spiked the vehicle on Highway 102, near the Crystal Lake bridge, disabling 3 of the 4 tires. The pursuit
continued into Decatur city limits and after passing the high school, they advised they believed the suspect vehicle was
stopping. I was sitting stationary at Highway 102 and Church Avenue. As the pursuit appeared to be stopping, I traveled
eastbound on Highway 102 to where they appeared to be stopped. As I approached the suspect vehicle, they accelerated and
continued westbound. I turned around and traveled westbound.

As I caught up to the suspect vehicle, they continued to swerve across both lanes of traffic. I attempted a TVI on the left side of
the vehicle but was unsuccessful. The vehicle continued westbound and due the residences on the left side of the highway, I
moved to the right side of the vehicle. As we approached the Handy Mart gas station, I attempted a second TVI on the right
side of the vehicle as she drove into the parking lot. As she exited the parking lot, I attempted to pin her in, but she was able to
drive off. The pursuit then continued northbound on Highway 59.

I attempted a TVI on the left side of the vehicle at N Main Street and Maple Avenue, but due to the slow driving speed of the
vehicle, I was unsuccessful. As I went to turn around on the vehicle, she was able to drive off and continue northbound. I once
again attempted to pin her in at the intersection on Highway 59 and West Highway 102, which she was able to drive away from.

I was able to successfully stop her on Highway 102, just south of Grant Avenue. The suspect attempted to drive off and spin
her tires at a high rate of speed. My bumper was caught on the rear bumper of her vehicle, making her unable to continue
forward. She continued to spin her tires at a high rate of speed, causing heavy smoke and debris. The deputies surrounded her
vehicle and as she began to slow her tires, a deputy approached her vehicle and busted out the driver side window. I assisted
the deputy with arresting the driver of the vehicle.

The suspect vehicle sustained damage on both the left and right rear of the vehicle. My patrol vehicle sustained damage to the
front bumper. The driver was transported by medics for possible injuries and taken into custody by Benton County deputies.
