Christian conservatives in the Philippines say they will block legislation that would legalise divorce in the predominantly Catholic nation.
More than 40 groups with millions of members have come together to campaign and lobby politicians. The Philippines is the only country in the world, apart from the Vatican, where divorce is illegal.
But in May, the Lower House of Parliament passed a divorce bill.
