Israeli attack kills at least 18 people in central Syria: Health minister
Israeli air strikes have killed 18 people in the Syrian province of Hama, according to state media.
The attacks targeted a scientific research centre and defence laboratories.
Tensions between Israel and armed groups in the region have been rising in recent months.
