The Puerto Princesa Subterranean River is located in the province of Palawan in the Philippines, about 360 km southwest of Manila. The National Park is a 22,202 hectares terrestrial and marine protected area. Truly a mesmerizing experience in an amazing nature's gallery inside the cave that includes rock formations resembling dinosaurs, giant corns, mushrooms, religious scenes and more. As in most caves, this is inhabited by thousands of bats. Bats fly so if you look up, it's safe to say to keep your mouth closed.
A place rich in pristine beauty and history. A must-see sight in Palawan!
