This background is inspired by MHBHD's motion graphics and backgrounds. It's modern, minimalistic and not that hard to make. The main thing that's makes this background more dynamic is the time displacement effect. Animating the particles and adding the time displacement is a bit more time consuming and you could achieve a similar result by using wave warp. But in my oppinion this option is way cleaner and more customizable since you don't get any actual distortion of the particles like with wave warp.
You could also customize this background by changing the movement and particle shape as well as textures etc. Adding glow also helps to add some atmosphere to the whole scene but I chose to ignore it for a cleaner looking version since gradients ruin dark backgrounds because of compression.
