Blue Peter presenters Valerie Singleton, Peter Purves and John Noakes announce the winners of a competition to design a Doctor Who monster that could defeat the Daleks.
They are joined in the studio by the three winning monsters, who were picked from over 250,000 submissions and brought to life by the BBC's special effects workshop, the fearsome Steel Octopus, the terrifying Hypnotron and the mighty Aqua Man.
