We hear so much about the power of daily habits and routines, but it can be really hard to stick to a good routine once we've found one - and it's far too easy to feel overwhelmed. Reframing this to creating a weekly routine has been game-changing for me, and helped me feel more intentional with how I'm spending my time. I find that combining both daily and weekly views of my time lets me work on my projects more efficiently.
