Today's workout is going to be so much fun! This cardio and abs workout involves some light dumbbells BUT dumbbells can be optional for this workout. workout requires no equipment and we We are rocking this workout AMRAP style which means 4 minutes of work 10 reps for each of our 3 exercises within each circuit and 1 minute rest between each circuit.
