Ingredients and preparation

🍰Cake base:
50 g (2 tbsp /1.7 oz) ground nut mix
200 g (1.5 cups / 2.4 oz) flour
40 g (3 tbsp / 1.4 oz) icing sugar
70 g (1 stick) butter
mix until crumbly
50 g (3 tbsp / 1.7 oz) Greek yogurt
1 egg yolk

22 cm baking pan

🍒Jam:
500 g (2 cups / 1 pound) cherries
100 g (0.5 cups / 3.5 oz) sugar
70 g (0.5 cups / 2.5 oz) cornstarch
150 ml (0.8 cups / 5 oz) water
heat and mix until thickened (6-7 minutes)

🧁Cheese cream:
500 g (2 cups / 1 pound) ricotta
150 g (0.8 cups / 5 oz) sugar
4 egg yolks
beat with mixer
zest of 1 lemon
50 g (4 tbsp / 1.7 oz) corn starch
mix well

Assemble the cake as in the video
Bake for 40 minutes at 180 C / 350 F

🧁Merengue:
5 egg whites
a pinch of salt
100 g (0.5 cups / 3.5 oz) sugar
Beat until hard peaks

Put merengue on the baked cake
Place in the oven at 180 C / 350 F for another 30 minutes

Let the cake cool completely before serving

Ingredients

🍰Dough:
5 eggs
Separate egg whites and yolks
80 g (5 tablespoon) sugar
A pinch of salt
30 ml sunflower oil.
100 g (1 cup) flour
5 g (1 teaspoon) baking powder

🍰 Filling:
1 kg pitted cherries (I froze them)
Finely grated black or milk chocolate

Baking pan 36x32.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees

100 grams of chocolate
50 grams of walnuts

Ingredients

🍰Dough:

4 eggs
A pinch of salt
150 g (3/4 cup / 5.2 oz) sugar
120 g (3/4 cup / 4.2) flour
30 g (3 tbsp / 1 oz) cocoa powder
30 g (3 tbsp / 1 oz ) cornstarch
1 tsp baking powder
Baking pan 28x18cm
Bake in preheated oven at 180℃ /356℉ for 30 minutes

🍒Cherry jam:

500 g (1 pound) cherries
60 g (4 tbsp / 2 oz) sugar

🍦 Cream:

500 g (1 pound) cream cheese
400 g (2 cups / 14 fl oz) sweetened Fat cream (33%)

Tip: if your cream is not sweet, add 100 g (1/2 cup / 3.5 oz) of sugar or powdered sugar

Let the cake stand in the fridge for at least 4 hours

Decorate with chocolate chips
