Sometimes when programs crash in Ubuntu they might create a crash report, later suggesting that you report the problem.

Typically a popup prompt is shown, informing you that there was a problem.

"System program problem detected"
Do you want to report the problem now?

The only options are "Cancel" and "Report problem...". If you hit cancel, the popup will re-appear the next time you boot Ubuntu.

If you do not want to report the problem, you can just delete these crash reports, which will make the prompt on system startup go away.

The crash report files are located in /var/crash

You can either delete the files using Nautilus, or you can type the below command in your terminal.

rm /var/crash/.*

Doing this will remove all the .crash files, and fix the problem with these annoying popup messages on startup.
