Recipe:
*For the preparation of Sponge Cake:*

3 tablespoons powdered sugar
Beat until soft peaks form.
250 g berry yoghurt (approx. 1 cup, fat content approx. 3.2%)
Beat until slightly thickened.

Assemble the cake in a pastry ring.
Keep in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Dust with powdered sugar.
