How to factory reset your router:
In order to factory reset your router, you need to look at the back of the physical device.
There should be a small hole in the back of the router labeled “reset”.
Inside the hole labeled “reset”, there will be a button that needs to be pressed down.
In order to hold down the reset button, you’ll need to use an object with a point like a hairpin or a paper clip that has been straightened out.
With your router powered on, insert this object into the reset hole until the button inside the hole is pressed in. You may be able to hear a click when this button is pressed.
Continue to hold the button down for a count of at least 7 seconds. During this time, your router will reboot.
Once your router has completed its reboot process, it will be returned to its factory settings. This means that the following settings will be returned to their default values:
-Wireless network names
-Wireless network passwords
-The username and password of your router’s settings page
-Any other configuration changes you’ve made since you received your router
