If Calendly appointments are showing up at the wrong time for you or your clients, it is probably caused by a timezone problem. There are two places to set the time and timezone on every computer and Calendly tries to sense the users timezone automatically. But if there is a mistake in the settings on the computer, Calendly will pick that mistake up and run with it.
If you have multiple clients in different timezones having trouble with meeting times, then the problem is likely on your side. If you have only one client in a different timezone having troubles (but you have other clients where it's working correctly) then the problem is likely on that one client's computer.
Calendly displays the current time and timezone when someone is scheduling, but it's easy to overlook this - especially if the time is correct, but the timezone is wrong. The matching timezone will also be displayed in the subject line of the confirmation email, and in the Calendly dashboard. If you see a strange timezone, it's best to contact your client before the meeting time to confirm.
This video shows how to view the current timezone and time that your browser is seeing and how to change that in your computer (a Mac - I'm sure it's similar on a PC.) And I also show how to change the timezone for your Google calendar.
