This back, bicep, and shoulders tutorial will get you the growth that you want! These are the exercises I feel are the best for each of these muscle groups. I tend to stick in the 8-12 rep range but like to throw in some super sets and drop sets to really help my muscles grow. I hope you all enjoyed this fitness new years resolutioners series.
