The following exercise examples are all things I have seen at the gym. People that work out like this may get injured or just look like an idiot. This is not meant to offend anyone. It is to inform people, who may be starting to lift, of the correct form. I encourage everyone to do full reps on exercises instead of half reps. This will help you get stronger quicker. I used the most common exercises that people do, including Bench press, squat, tricep pushdown, stairmaster, and shoulder press.
