In this video we are adding a SQL database Docker container to our docker-compose configuration, so that the WordPress website has a database to connect to.
WordPress, as a CMS, requires a database to store configuration information, such as user accounts, website settings and page information, therefore to create even the simplest WordPress website, we require a SQL database to be created and configured correctly to work with WordPress.
