Many of us mistakenly think that communication is only about talking. As a result, we often get caught in the pitfall to interrupt, advise, judge, analyze, criticize, and argue during a conversation. The truth is that good communication requires good listening skills as well. Listening helps us move forward from simply talking to conversing, and, ultimately, communicating. In this video, we focus on two modes of listening — active and passive.
