160 g sugar. 10 g vanilla sugar.
2 tablespoons lemon juice.
25 grams of instant gelatin.
70 ml cold water.
250 g strawberries.
2 bananas.
Mix gelatin with cream.
Shape 16 cm.
90 g white chocolate.
Place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
